Materials All earrings are shown on sterling silver or 12 karat, gold-filled, French wire findings. Sterling Silver Findings Any earring style can be ordered with the following sterling silver finding: ball post, lever back, kidney wire or clip-on. (Earrings ordered on findings other than French wire will take additional time to fulfill.) 12 Karat, Gold-filled Findings Any earring style can be ordered with the following 12 karat, gold-filled finding: ball post, lever back, kidney wire or clip-on. (Earrings ordered on findings other than French wire will take additional time to fulfill.) 14 Karat, Gold Findings Any earring style can be ordered with 14 karat, gold French wire. (Additional charges will apply to the 14 karat, gold findings. Additional time will be needed to fulfill orders with 14 karat, gold findings.) All earrings will be shipped on either sterling silver or 12 karat, gold-filled findings (as shown on this web site) unless otherwise requested. (top of page) Minimum Orders For our retail customers, there is no minimum order. For our Merchant Accounts, an initial minimum order of $100 is required. There is no minimum on reorders. (top of page) Payment Methods Whether you're ordering through our web site or by phone you can pay for your purchase with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Pre-pay, or with authorization, a net 30/open account. Sales Tax All orders shipped within the state of Missouri will be charged 7.616% sales tax. (top of page) Order Processing You may place your order by phone with one of our friendly and helpful customer service. All orders are processed within 24-48 hours after receipt of your order and all in-stock items are shipped from our warehouse the second business day after processing the order. Web orders will receive an email confirmation immediately following the placement of your order. Additionally, you will be given your order number on the order confirmation page after you submit your order. Be sure to write this number down for future reference in case you have questions about your order later. (top of page) Shipping Information We ship via UPS (United Parcel Service). Second-day or Next-day air shipping is available for most items at an additional cost. For in stock items delivered within the continental United States, you should expect to receive your order within 10-15 days. Additional shipping charges may apply. Shipping and Handling Charges Shipping and handling will vary based on the weight and destination of the shipped items. Shipping and handling will be calculated upon order confirmation. Gift Wrap EarBobs knows that many of our items are perfect for gift giving. All items ordered (unless otherwise noted), will be shipped together in a standard shipping box with the appropriate packing materials used to prevent damage to the product. All items will be mounted on an EarBobs logo hang card, and placed in a zip tight plastic bag. For an additional fee of $1.95, we can place the jewelry item in a decorative sell-o bag with navy blue tissue paper, tied with a green ribbon. (top of page) Replacement Policy We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase at EarBobs. If your order fails to meet your expectations, please return it to us and we will issue a merchandise refund. If an item is damaged or defective or not the item you ordered, save the box and the packing material and contact us at 1.314.961.1605 or toll free at 1.800.716.0126 (access code 66) and we will arrange for a prompt replacement and arrange for the pick up of the damaged item. Your satisfaction is extremely important to us and we will do everything we can to make your shopping experience with us a pleasant one.
